With a degree in psychology and over 14 years of hands-on experience homeschooling her own four children, Valerie has developed engaging and developmentally appropriate teaching resources for children all over the world. When she’s not busy creating digital curriculum, you’ll find her in the garden, coaching basketball, playing soccer, and bustling her kiddos around to various after-school activities. Since 2006, Valerie has founded numerous other educational websites, including The Crafty Classroom, Preschool Mom, and Christian Preschool Printables.
Natalie Fullmer
Operations Manager
Natalie Fullmer left her corporate IT career in 2006 as a healthcare project manager to stay home full-time and homeschool her kids. After several years, she missed having an online presence and decided to pick up her tech hat again to freelance at home. From VA to OBM, she enjoys helping other entrepreneurial businesses thrive. Her side passions include blogging for Christian women, serving in her church ministry, practicing minimalism, caring for animals, and tending to her vegetable garden.
Mandy Richardson
Content Designer
Mandy, an interior design graduate, initially nurtured her creative prowess in preschool education for over a decade. Driven by a desire to balance career aspirations with a commitment to family, she immersed herself in digital design, mastering tools like Adobe Illustrator. Now flourishing as a digital designer, Mandy blends her design education with self-taught technical skills. Beyond her career, she enjoys delving into true crime stories, gardening, and rediscovering her childhood love for photography.
Abbigail McClintick
Content Publisher
In addition to being Valerie’s oldest kiddo, Abbigail is in charge of publishing amazing content full of ideas and tips for teaching your little ones. Abbigail is a full-time college student with a current major in marketing. When she is not busy studying, she is running circles around the track, or competing with her sprints team.
